2 Exercises To Build Bigger Forearms

What good are massive biceps or a chisled chest if you have weak wimpy forearms?  Did you know that just by increasing the diameter of the pull ups bar or barbell, you can get a great forearm burn?  2 Exercises to build bigger forearms are Farmer Carries and Sled Pulls.  Just a tip... lose the weightlifting straps if you're trying to beef up your forearms.  Straps take some of the work off of your lower arm.  Opt for gloves for pull ups and you'll be better off.
