Weight Lifting Gloves With Wrist Support - Do You Need Them?

Using weight lifting gloves with wrist support is a common strategy for someone suffering from a RSI (repetitive strain injury), however it may not be the best solution!  While training gloves with wrist support can offer additional stability, the restriction of movement may actually hinder muscle development!
